Gardening Gossip

I finally found out what one of my favorite flowers is called... Lupine. It comes in many different colors and mixes. I had a bunch of Lupine in my yard and from previous posts I've expressed how pretty I think they are. I had been wanting more for a long time but didn't know what to ask for. I found some at Walmart the other day and had to pick some up. I love the vibrant colors and how easy they are to take care of. Here's some recent photos of my flowerbeds. I'm treating all the flowers tomorrow and working on those rose bushes that don't seem to be as pretty this year as the past years. I'm probably doing way more work than I need to at a rental but I really hate doorknockers and I'm hoping that we will stay there atleast one more year.

My Watermelon plant has doubled in size. I'm getting excited to see how it grows when the weather warms up.
